Recently, Korean government has entirely refurbished the Construction Technology Promotion Law, the main purpose of which is to integrate and harmonize construction design, supervision, CM and quality management, which have long been separated and independently performed, into one single engineering service for the active participation in the world engineering market.

As a result and to effectively fulfill all there objectives, Korea Association of Construction Engineering and Management(KACEM) has been established by Korean construction engineering services firms as a legal entity and under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Land and Transport, Republic of Korea.

The Association has made every effort through continuous improvement and renovation of the systems in terms of design, prevention of defects, quality management, etc for the people to live in a more safe, comfortable and convenient atmosphere.

The Association will continue to do the best, as before, for the prosperity and future development of our member companies, and for the safety and happiness of the people.

I sincerely wish that this website could be the arena where not only the member firms and construction professionals, but also the general public understand the construction technologies and communicate each other.
