  • Member's qualification
  • Member's corporation must establish Specialized firm according to the Rules of Construction Technology Promotion Act and be registered by the City/ Provincial governor. You can become a member of this association from the date that it completes the registration process.
  • Member Classification by businesses
  • Members are classified into General, Design & Project Management, and Quality Control by business types.
    • * Registration standards by businesses are as follows

      Genera General 1. 15 or more construction engineers including 2 civil, architecture or mechanical professional engineers
      2. more quality control engineers than below
         a. 1 or more each of civil quality engineer and architecture quality engineer
         b. 2 or more professional construction material engineer and 1 or more chemical engineer
         c. 2 or more of each advanced construction material engineer or intermediate construction material
      		Over 200 Million Won 1. Design services

      3. Quality control

  • Rights
    - All Rights from KACEM
    - Member's seniority right and elected right
    - the right that member attends, speaks and votes in each class of meeting according to articles of association
  • Duties
    - The Duty which member observes statutes, rules and articles
    - The duty which member observes the matters for decision of Plenary Session and board of directors
    - The Duty which member pay a membership fee
    - The Duty which you must report to the matters that KACEM requests
